WINES

Aromas of young red fruit matured in oak barrels form the first impression of this Bordeaux blend from Petrač Winery. Merlot is the dominant varietal in Enigma, with 40% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Fruitiness of sour cherry and pungent pepper are coated in vanilla. Fresh red fruit, cranberry, later balsamic aromas and mild mint dominate on the palate. Although intense, the aromas are elegant. Enigma is a well-structured wine with an acidic backbone, medium to full body and low tannins. It offers a pleasant and easy-drinking, dry but luscious experience coming from Petrač cellar. It pairs exceptionally well with roasts, veal or lamb prepared under "peka" baking lid.
